Bombardier Christmas Release

I know it doesn’t look like it, but I’m working hard in all directions right now.  Treason has been through its first edit, but has quite a few more to go.  Empire is half-written, so it’s well underway.  I’m still hoping for a Christmas release, but I’m tied up on other work so it’s a tight fit time-wise.

The other change you’ll notice when it’s released is that it won’t be available through Kindle Unlimited.  I don’t want to complain, but it’s proven to be a troublesome program for us.  For as long as we’re in it we can’t release our books on other platforms like iBooks and Google.  Regretfully, we’ve had to make the decision to leave Kindle Unlimited and we apologise to any members who have been reading our books through it.

We’ll be releasing the trilogy as a single edition priced at $5.99, so it’s three books for the price of two.  That means anyone who bought Tyranny won’t be paying twice for it. 🙂  The print version will also be the full trilogy in a single book.

It’s been a long three weeks.  I’ve written nearly 100,000 words and I have 30,000 to go before a sweatshop of editing.

I love this story.  It really cranked up the weird in books two and three.  BattleDroids appeared.  A weird alien planet in deep space has something very useful.  Space battles, land battles, civil war, alien wars and new tech!  A few people died, some quite deservedly so! 😉   Although I haven’t written the ending yet, I know what it is.  It’s not where I thought it would go, but I like it. 🙂

It makes me wonder if I won’t throw out another trilogy two hundred years ahead in time again.  As it turns out, the universe is not so empty after all. 😉
